Privacy Policy of the Luxembourg Agribusiness Association

Luxembourg Agribusiness Association (“LuxAA”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of visitors to its Site www.agribusiness.lu (the “Site”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the terms on which LuxAA processes any personal data LuxAA collects from you or that you provide to LuxAA. 1. The information LuxAA collects

You are not required to provide any personal information on the public areas of the Site. However, you may choose to do so by completing the application forms on various sections of the Site or by providing personal details relating to you in the application form when applying to become a member of LuxAA.

LuxAA will only use the information you provide on the relevant sections of the Site or in the application form in order to:

• provide you with access to content (either through the download of materials or by enabling you to access the section of the website dedicated to registered users), and
